Single and Double Twist Bunching Machine:
The advantage of the single twist buncher is that the winding shaft rotates around its central axis.
The production speed to be achieved is much higher compared to a drum twisting machine. The single twist buncher limits the bending radius of the incoming individual product, just in case. The bending radius that can be achieved for a single wire is greater than the bending radius inside the single twister. Another production option must be chosen, e.g. a drum twister. The single twister can achieve good twisting results over the entire production length thanks to modern control technology.
The double twist buncher is twisted twice in turns on the bow. A take-up tube or reel is installed in a double twist buncher, and one bow rotates around the pay-off device. The individual product gains are outside the machine. The machine usually has a housing. In addition to the winding tube, the bobbin can be used as a pay-off device for a single wire. The individual elements are located on the outside of the machine housing. They are connected to a laying board at the front of the machine. Starting from the lay plate, they pass through the bow and add two twists before entering the spool or drum.
